 Rentals are available for up to 6 hours on the day the unit is rented.

 The inflatable should be within 100 ft. of a 110 volt outlet. We will supply the power cord, but we do ask that nothing else be plugged into the outlet being used and that it be a single breaker.

 For any cancellation we require 48 hours notice. Your deposit will be refunded or you can defer the rental for another date. Just let us know. If you need to cancel on the day of the event due to inclement weather please advise us before we deliver the unit and we will refund you the full amount of the deposit.

 We require a 25% deposit to reserve the bouncy unit by e transfer. The balance is due the day of the event via e transfer or cash before we set up. Failure to pay will result in delays and/or event cancellation and loss of deposit.
